What did the doctor say?

Like I mentioned today, I have A LOT of experiences with doctors.  Years ago, I was at John Hopkins University and while I was waiting in the exam room, the doctor came in and asked if he could bring in some students. Sure! Maybe some of these young newly-to-be doctors will be able to determine what was going on with me.  So, the doctor does his thing and asks the “normal” questions you would expect when trying to figure out a diagnosis.  He then turns to his students and says, “Do you have any questions for the patient?”

One said yes and then asked this…

“Does your sphincter work?”

I was speechless. I have never ever had that questioned asked. After I got over the shock, I said YES! YES! It’s fine!

I was having walking issues and was very confused because I didn’t know issues walking could be associated with your sphincter! But, I am not a doctor or training to be one!

There were not any other questions asked and honestly, how could you top that one?!
